Are you traveling by public transport?
  Then take the metro to Nesselande station
(terminus of line B)
and walk the route, marked on the map
(± 600 meter, ± 8 minutes).

If you travel to Rotterdam by train, you can get on that metro at train station Rotterdam‐Blaak, Rotterdam‐Alexander or Schiedam‐Centrum;
from Rotterdam Centraal you need to take another train to Alexander or the metro (D or E) first and change at Beurs.

It is not clear to everyone where to ring the bell.

During the day, you push the big button
with the caption OPEN
(indicated by the red arrow),
and the door to the hall will open.

Inside, left back, there's another panel, where you should ring our bell.

At night, the hall is closed and you should use the panel outside.

If the doors are open, you walk straight to the elevators.

On either the inner or the outer panel, enter our house number 298 and touch te bell symbol.
Corrections can be made by the x‐key.

When we opened the door, you also pass the next door, to the elevators, to the right.

Take the elevator to the 10^th floor.
Our front door is to the right from the elevator.

Those in possession of a key can use it on the places indicated by a green arrow.
Don't use this key in de lock on the main door!
